A woman was arrested after authorities raided her Lincoln Park apartment for the second time this year. Chillicothe Police searched the home of 32-year-old Winter Hodge, Friday, and found evidence of heroin abuse and heroin trafficking.

Hodge was arrested for permitting drug abuse and child endangerment because her 7-year-old daughter was in the home at the time.

Hodge's live-in boyfriend, 23-year-old Raymond Simmons was also there. He was not arrested; however, in the April 13th raid, he was arrested for possession of crack cocaine.

The child was released to a relative.

Police say additional charges will be filed once lab results come back from BCI&I.
