Chillicothe Mayor Jack A. Everson announced that Beggar’s Night in Chillicothe will be changed from Wednesday, October 31st to Friday, November 2nd between 6pm to 7:30pm in the interest of the overall safety and enjoyment of the children of Chillicothe.
Mayor Everson reminds parents and drivers to be extra cautious on this night so that everyone may have a fun and safe evening.

In Circleville, while the city trick-or-treat was held Monday night, the Circleville Downtown Business Association will conduct their beggars night November 1st from 5-6pm at Citizens Bank.
