Attorney Bill Fenney has been named Chillicothe City Auditor, replacing Tom Spetnagle Jr who is now the Ross County Auditor.

Fenney was selected last night by the Ross County Democratic Party Central Committee. Spetnagle took the county auditor position after Steve Neal left to become Ross County Commissioner.
