Every year, the Chillicothe/Ross Chamber of Commerce performs a survey among small business owners to see the improvement and sometimes decline of business success in the community.

Seventy-four people responded to the survey and most members claimed the same amount of employees- with only small percentages having more of fewer employees.

38% of the employers surveyed says business is better in the community.
