Chillicothe Mayor Jack Everson says there is a potential for economic development opportunity for the city regarding elderly care.

Everson was approached by representative from Wabash Development Company, of Kentucky, who wants to look at a proposal to build thirty-two units for elderly-assisted care at 960 Toledo Street. They would each be 2 bedroom units

The mayor said it would be a self-sustained unit and a "built-from-the-ground-up" type of complex.
