Chillicothe Police have impounded a car they are testing to see, if it was involved in an Adams Ave hit-and-run earlier this week.

Andy Johnson remains in serious condition at OSU Hospital for injuries suffered when he was struck Tuesday by a white Oldsmobile between 4pm-4:30pm on Adams Avenue.
