Safety crews responded to a fire in Chillicothe just after 5am, Friday. The resident, Norma Clark, told Ross County Sheriff's deputies that she was inside her home at 208 Apollo Lane when it started filling up with smoke.

Investigators say the fire started from heat tape that was under the home.
