Join members of the Foothill Folk Society for an afternoon of fun, food, art and music at their Munch n Jam and food drive next Sunday.
On July 14, from 2 to 5 p.m. at 13 W. 2nd Street, non-perishable food items and cash donations can be dropped off to be donated to the Good Samaritan Food Pantry.
Musicians are invited to bring their instruments and join in on the jam session, and fans are encouraged to come and enjoy this unique opportunity to see the talents of our local artists.
The event is open to the public and free of charge. Bring a snack to share and something to drink. It’s a perfect way to end your weekend.
The Foothill Folk Society is a non-profit group of local artists, musicians and fans committed to promoting the appreciation, understanding, education, public performance and enjoyment of Appalachian art and culture.
