The Slippery Rock Sliders beat the Paints Tuesday night 11-10, coming after a 6-run last at bat.
 
Slippery Rock broke open a 6-4 game to pull ahead 11-4 entering the 9th inning.
In their final at bat, the Paints drew three straight walks. The Sliders third baseman had an error for the first run. Nick Lombardi doubled home two more runs.
 
Another walk and hit batsman drove in a fourth run and Kevin Zac drove in two more runs on a single before Dan Zuchowski grounded out to end the Paints threat.
 
Zach Wolfe suffers the loss for Chillicothe. With the loss the Paints have now dropped the first game of four of their five road series this season.
 
Chillicothe is now in a three-way tie for second place with Butler and Richmond in the Prospect League East.
 
They'll finish up in Slippery Rock tonight.
