A second teen had charged dropped against him.

One of the teens involved in a deadly prank in Pickaway County has been sentenced to four years behind bars after pleading guilty in February to reckless homicide charges.

The women didn't see a stop sign that had been covered in plastic wrap and petroleum jelly and drove into an intersection where they were involved in a crash. 19-year-old Seth Stonerock apologized to the families of Jeanne Shea and Mary Spangler, who were sisters.

He was sentenced to two years for each of their deaths. Judge Randal Kneece ordered the sentences to be served consecutively, but said he would consider a request for early release.

Stonerock doesn't have a prior record. Charges against another teen in the August incident were dropped.
