Information is being sought for the October 2011 murder of Harry Smith
The Ross County Sheriff's Office and Southern Ohio Crime Stoppers is seeking your help in the October 16th, 2011 Murder of Harry Smith and Arson of Harry Smith's residence. These crimes happened the morning of October 16th.
A person or persons entered Mr. Smith's residence and murdered him and then set several small fires to cover up what had happened at the residence. Local law enforcement is seeking information on these crimes and are hoping a passer-by had seen something, possibly a vehicle or a person in the area.
Any information you may have could help. If any of this information leads to an arrest you could be eligible for a cash reward from Southern Ohio Crime Stoppers or the Ohio State Fire Marshal's Office or from both.
