A man is accused of assaulting people who were trying to repossess a truck.
A man was arrested after he allegedly assaulted those trying to repossess a truck, early Thursday. The Ross County Sheriff's Office was dispatched to a Discovery Drive home after 2am where three employees of a Columbus repo company said Jerry Kutschbach assaulted them, threatened to kill them, and then grabbed one of them and acted like he was going to strike her with a tire tool.
Kutschbach reportedly fled in the vehicle but was later arrested for assault, aggravated menacing, and menacing.
He denied the accusations.
