The 16-year-old is accused of assaulting numerous people while under the influence, Thursday.
A Chillicothe juvenile was taken to the hospital after authorities found him under the influence. On Thursday night, police were called to a Prospect Street home on a report of assault and ordered the 16-year-old suspect to the ground for his safety. Authorities said he was initially compliant but began resisting and kicking at officers, so they used a taser gun on him to regain control.
A woman said the teen started acting unusual as he punched her son, exposed himself, thrust himself on her, and fought two others.
He was taken to Adena but was later transported to a Columbus hospital. He tested positive for marijuana, but authorities believe he was under the influence of additional drugs.
Authorities have recommended charges of gross sexual imposition, resisting arrest, and four counts of assault against the teen.
