Government assisting Community Cooling Centers

Locals maybe have heard they could get a free generator or a reimbursement in the last few days, but the truth is they can't.

The Federal Government is only providing commercial sized generators to Nursing Homes that are currently without power, Medical Centers and Red Cross Cooling Stations.

Anyone with out power should call 211 for information on the closest Cooling Center and where to get food.
