Methamphetamine Bust in Waverly

Sheriff's Deputies were requested to check on a juvenile at the residence

The Pike County Sheriff's office was dispatched to 2359 Buchanan Rd., Waverly on July 13, to check on a juvenile at the premises due to possible drug manufacturing at the home. Upon arriving several individuals began running through the mobile home and exited a rear door of the home and were apprehended running into a field on the premises.

Deputies smelled an odor of chemicals to manufacture methamphetamine and permission to search the property and premises was obtained. During the search numerous items used in the manufacture of methamphetamine were located and seized. Deputies arrested Timothy E. Sines age 43 of Waverly for Illegal Assembly or Possession of Chemicals to Manufacture Drugs a felony of the 3rd degree and arrest warrants for Illegal Manufacture of Methamphetamine, Illegal Assembly and Possession of Criminal Tools. Donald R. Henson age 37 of Hilliard, Ohio was arrested for Obstructing Official Business a misdemeanor of the 2nd degree and Possession of Drug Abuse Instruments a misdemeanor of the 2nd degree. Franklin A Boggess age 41 of Chillicothe was arrested for Obstructing Official Business a 2nd degree misdemeanor. David M. Laudermilt Jr. age 20 of Waverly was arrested for Obstructing Official Business a 2nd degree misdemeanor and Possession of drug Abuse Instruments a misdemeanor of the 2nd degree. Ryan S. Speirs age 29 of Waverly was arrested on a Warrant for no Operators License.

This case will be presented to an upcoming term of a Pike County Grand Jury.
