Police say the woman had suspected drugs and tried to use a trash can as a "portable toilet," Tuesday.

A woman was cited for an incident at the Chillicothe Municipal Court, Tuesday afternoon. Police say Juannette Gibbs passed through the metal detector and was being checked when a court officer found a pill bottle that contained a partially smoked cigarette that smelled like marijuana.

Police report Gibbs said she had to use the restroom after she was detained, but the officer told her to wait. Gibbs then allegedly tried to use a nearby trash can as a toilet.

Gibbs was issued citations for drug abuse and disorderly conduct.
