The accident occurred on Rozelle Creek Road, Tuesday morning.

One person was taken to the hospital following a single-vehicle crash in Huntington Township, Tuesday. According to the Chillicothe Post of the Highway Patrol, 34-year-old Angel M. Jackson, of Richmond Dale, was westbound on Rozelle Creek Road at 10:06 a.m. when she drove the car off the edge of the road, into a ditch, and hit a culvert. Authorities said the vehicle then overturned onto its top.

He was taken to Adena Regional Medical Center by ABLE and then flown to OSU Hospital by Air Evac.

His condition is unknown.

Jackson's 2-year-old son, James, was also inside the vehicle, but he did not receive any injuries, according to the Patrol.

Authorities reported Jackson had minor scratches and was cited for failure to control.
