Charges filed against two men in the Monday raid
Two men have been arrested in connection with a meth lab raid on Willet Road, near the Ross/Pike County line.
Ross County Sheriff Deputies were called to a possible meth lab at the residence of Charles S. Rooker of 307 Willet Road. Pike County Sheriff Deputies were already there to serve a summons to Rooker for Possession of Chemicals for Manufacture of Drugs on Rooker.
As deputies arrived at the door, they observed 42-year-old Frank Boggess of 762 Mt. Zion Road running from the home. He was apprehended and charged with second degree misdemeanor possession of drug abuse equipment.
During a search of the property, materials and equipment to manufacture methamphetamine were discovered inside and collected as evidence.
Rooker was charged with third degree felony possession of chemicals to manufacture meth. Rooker also was charged with a warrant for Dog Running At-Large.
