A Chillicothe man allgedly threatens his boyfriend with a knife
A domestic dispute between two men living together at a North Paint Street address in Chillicothe led to one of the subjects threatening the other with a knife.
The dispute went from Claude Stanley accusing Andrew Painter of "cheating" on him, then grabbing him by the neck and pulling a butcher knife and threatening to stab him.
Stanley claims a struggle ensued with Painter grabbing a flower pot and striking Stanley in the head. The sister of one of the men called police, who later discovered a broken flower vase and a knife on the floor.
Officers did not see any injuries to Stanley's head and arrested him on charges of aggravated menacing.
