The resident was charged for permitting drug abuse.
Authorities say drugs and cash were found in a home on Hickory Street on Thursday. According to Officer Bud Lytle, the Chillicothe Police Department executed a drug search warrant at 213 South Hickory Street at 3 p.m.
A large amount of crack, cocaine, drug paraphernalia, and cash were found inside of the house.
The resident, Charles Angus, was arrested and charged with permitting drug abuse.
Numerous other subjects were contacted inside of the residence, and additional charges are pending BCI&I lab results.
Authorities said Amanda Parks-Gibson ran when the warrant was being served, but she was apprehended. Lytle said she also complained of chest pains and was transported to the Adena Regional Medical Center.
