CEO Marvin Jones says there will be positive aspects in the plan.

More details on Obamacare will start coming together next month in preparation of full implementation in 2014.

Marvin Jones, CEO of the Chillicothe/Ross Chamber of Commerce, said business owners will have information available to them to help with planning: "Individual business owners, if they provide insurance for their employees, they're going to be able to go into ... what's going to be the new health exchange and do the shopping there."

Jones said despite the negative comments by many about Obamacare, he believes it will prove to be good for many companies.

"You don't go in as a group of one or two or three," he said. "The rates are decided by how many people in the entire state choose that plan, so I think there's going to be some real surprises there in terms of the rates, and the coverage is just going to be as good."

The chamber leader said larger businesses will also be OK under the plan.
