A collection drive-thru is planned this Saturday

The Chillicothe Transit System will roll-up their sleeves Saturday, December 15th to conduct a collection of food, toys and firewood for needy members of the community.

Melissa Givens, Fleet Manager of the Transit System and Transportation Director for Ross Board of Developmental Disabilities, says the drive-thru will be seeking donations of meat and non-perishable food items, along with gently used and new toys and firewood.

The collection effort takes place between 8am-3pm.
