The highway was closed overnight and into Friday afternoon.

State Route 28 in Ross County closed early Friday morning between Musselman Station and Maple Grove roads due to a downed utility line.

ODOT officials say the closure is anticipated to be in effect through 4pm, Friday.

While the route is closed, motorists will be detoured via U.S. Route 50 and State Route 41.
