Pair Arrested in Orr Road Burglary

Authorities say Michael Schlusser and Willard Allison have been charged in the matter.

The Ross County Sheriff is investigating an Orr Road burglary. Sheriff George Lavender said a neighbor reported suspicious activity at a home on the 500-block of Orr Road at 11:20am, Thursday. Deputies said forced entry was made and the home had been ransacked.

According to Lavender, one of the subjects, Michael A. Schlusser, was seen in his vehicle on Orr road and was stopped at the intersection of US 23 and SR 159. A second subject, Willard P. Allison, was found hiding along the Scioto River.

Authorities said Schlusser and Allison are being held in the Ross County Jail on burglary charges.

Sheriff Lavender commends the involvement of the community in assisting law enforcement in solving this burglary as well as one that took place in Bainbridge.
