Two local men were arrested, Thursday.
Two people who were found sitting in a vehicle with a suspected mobile meth lab were arrested in Chillicothe, Thursday. Police say they found 47-year-old Mark Bouillion, of Chillicothe, and 45-year-old Thomas Reed, Jr., of Waverly, sitting in in a van behind 133 North High Street at 5pm and in the vehicle found a bottle holding chemicals that were actively cooking in the meth-making process.

Bouillion and Reed were charged with a third-degree felony of illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs.
