Chillicothe Police arrested for locals on felony drug charges, Tuesday.
Authorities arrested four Chillicothe residents following a meth lab investigation, early Tuesday. Police responded to 928 Gilmore Street at 1:30am on a report of a strange odor coming from the property.
Officers say they found an active meth lab in the garage and that two small kids were in the area of it.
Residents 43-year-old Kimberly Richter and 25-year-old Joshua Irvin, as well as, 33-year-old Charles Stewart and 23-year-old Cheyenne Sowers, were arrested on felony charges of illegal manufacture, possession of chemicals to manufacture drugs, and possession of drugs.
