Rumors were flying the school was locked down due to a threat
Rumors appearing on social media posts Tuesday night and Wednesday morning that Southeastern School was on lock-down for Wednesday are NOT true, according to the Ross County Sheriff Department.
Colonel T.J. Hollis told Clear Channel News that an original call to the sheriff was in regards to posts on Face book, supposedly by a student at the school.
The post alleged that a student was making threats to create a disturbance.
Deputies and school officials interviewed the student and have determined that this alleged threat was "unfounded".
