The case involved a double fatal motorcycle crash from 2011.
In Ross County, a man has entered a guilty plea in his four-count aggravated vehicular homicide case. According to Prosecutor Matt Schmidt, 45-year-old Shawn Redmon was intoxicated while driving southbound on State Route 104, in November of 2011, where he went left of center and struck an oncoming motorcycle, driven by James Renison; Renison and his wife Doris were killed as a result.
Schmidt said, based on the wishes of the victims' family, the state is going to request that Redmon be sentenced to 14 years.
Sentencing is set for 1:45pm, September 9.
