Shop accused of being in violation of Ohio's collision repair registration laws.
A Pickaway County auto repair shop was handed an injunction Tuesday.
The Ohio Board of Motor Vehicle Collision Repair Registration and the Attorney General Mike DeWine's Office have filed an injunction against, Auto Surgeon Collision Center, on 344 E. High Street, Circleville, owned by Eddie Emerine.
The shop is accused of being in violation of Ohio's collision repair registration laws.
Michael Greene, Executive Director of the agency indicated, "Enforcement efforts against illegal repair facilities have increased and will continue to be stepped up. It is not the Board's intention to close down repair shops, but rather bring them into compliance with state and federal regulations."
