On Friday, 23 indictments were returned; 11 were open.
During Friday's Ross County Grand Jury session, a Chillicothe man received a three-count indictment. On December 2nd, authorities searched the Ginger Hill Road home of 27-year-old Robert Cash and found numerous guns, including a sawed off shot gun and a shot gun that had been reported stolen.
Cash, who was previously convicted of trafficking in cocaine in 2005, has been indicted with a third-degree felony of having weapons while under disability, which carries a penalty of 1-5 years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
Cash was also indicted for unlawful possession of a dangerous ordinance and receiving stolen property.
Other indictments include:
*21-year-old Kenlyn Brown, of Chillicothe, for theft (5th-degree felony).
*45-year-old Lonnie Burnett, of Columbus, for possession of heroin and cocaine (4th-degree felonies).
*32-year-old Wayne Crabtree, of Chillicothe, for burglary (3rd-degree felony).
*35-year-old Robert Cooley, of Chillicothe, for possession of heroin (5th-degree felony).
*28-year-old Holly Davidson, of Chillicothe, for possession of cocaine (5th-degree felony).
*25-year-old Danielle Lowery, of Chillicothe, for possession of heroin (4th-degree felony).
*45-year-old David Maughmer, of Columbus, for possession of cocaine (5th-degree felony).
*30-year-old Christopher Spetnagel, of Chillicothe, for possession of heroin (2nd-degree felony).
*28-year-old Joshua Stewart, of Chillicothe, for burglary (3rd-degree felony).
*21-year-old Courtney Tanner, of Columbus, for possession of heroin (4th-degree felony).
