Seeking public input on proposed culvert replacement projects
As part of ODOT District 9’s Planning and Engineering Department, the Environmental Office is seeking public input on two proposed culvert replacement projects. One would be just south of S.R. 32 in Pike County, while the other would take place near Lower Twin Road in Ross County, and both would be completed using state funding. Any issues the public may have including the effect of the project on local residents, air quality, the local economy, and historic or cultural resources, should be submitted in writing by March 1st to: Greg Manson, ODOT District 9, at 650 Eastern Avenue in Chillicothe.

*Pike County - PIK-772-10.08 - The proposed project is culvert replacement project just south of S.R. 32 in Sunfish Township. The project includes the replacement of a 48" X 32’ metal pipe that is situated over a tributary to Bull Run. No new right of way will be needed, and no homes or businesses will be removed by the project. The project will be constructed by ODOT county forces with state funding.
*Ross County - ROS-41-12.48 - The proposed project is culvert replacement project near C.R. 54 (Lower Twin Road) in Buckskin Township. The project includes the replacement of a 36" metal pipe that is situated over a tributary of Buckskin Creek. No new right of way will be needed, and no homes or businesses will be removed by the project. The project will be constructed by ODOT county forces with state funding.
