Two students were injured in the Tuesday morning collision.
Two students from the Huntington Local School District were injured in a head-on collision on State Route 772 in the "fish camp" area, Tuesday morning. Ross County Sheriff George Lavender says icy road conditions caused 18-year-old Tyler Ray to lose control of his vehicle. Ray went left of center in a curve and struck an oncoming vehicle driven by a 17-year-old boy who had to be extricated. He was flown to OSU Medical Center.
The boy's 14-year-old brother, who was a passenger in the vehicle, was transported to Children's Hospital.
Ray was not cited in the incident, which remains under investigation.
