The victim's step-father says the accused is a family acquaintance.

A 15-year-old male has been arrested on charges of raping a 3-year-old boy.

The Ross County Sheriff reports the alleged incident was reported Saturday morning from Overbrook Apartments on Anderson Station Road, and charges were filed that night.

The accused, Jordan Rubitschung, was a family acquaintance of the child, according to the victim's step-father, who spoke to Clear Channel News, Monday morning.
