A few weeks ago, Clear Channel's Vanessa Doyle reached out to all the SVC schools and asked school officials for names of students who are successfully balancing school work and involvement in extra-curricular activities.

Of those who responded, Vanessa was put in touch with high school seniors Alyssa Dawson, of Adena, Dakota Sparks, of Piketon, and Lydia Dresbach and Gage Hurles, both of Southeastern.

Be sure to tune into the Vallery Ford Scoreboard Show at around 11 p.m., Friday, September 14th, to hear from these motivated student athletes.

On Wednesday, Clear Channel's Vanessa Doyle interviewed athletes from the state-ranked Unioto boys and ZT girls cross country teams. In the most recent D2 polls, Unioto boys are ranked #16, while the ZT girls are #6.

They covered topics ranging from exercise routines to (literally) running into animals while on practice trails.
