The Mustangs forced four Redstreaks turnovers in a 42-14 victory
Westfall amassed 461 total yards and came up with four big turnovers to stop deep Piketon scoring drives in a 42-14 win at Piketon.
Trailing 7-6, Piketon fumbled on two consecutive possessions that went deep into Westfall territory inside the 10 yard line. Later in the game, a Redstreaks receiver dropped a sure TD pass on the Westfall five yard line, and later lost the ball on a fumble to stop a potential third TD.
Westfall rushed for 264 yards with Taylor Salmons running 17 times for 132 yards along with Luke Cline's 14 carries for 101 yards. Trent Williamson also threw 14/24 for 197 yards.
Trent Williamson accounted for four TD's, throwing for three and running for another. Taylor Salmons also scored two TDs.
Piketon also moved the ball, but were not able to finish those drives. The Streaks totaled 343 yards, 19/30 in the air for 221 yards from QB Isaac Brabson.
Westfall improves to (1-0/3-1) and hosts (1-0/3-1) Unioto in the SVC Game of the Week Friday night on 94 Country WKKJ.
