Two area golfers will be the only area Division 3 Boys heading to the district tournaments, from the sectionals played Wednesday.

Starting in the rain and ending in sunshine, Adena freshman Peyton Cooper fired an 81 at Chillicothe Jaycees to advance, while Western Pike's Chandler Grooms fired an 84 at Shawnee State Park in Portsmouth to move on.

Lynchburg Clay advances as a team, with a third place finish in Portsmouth.
