With Caleb Price and Mike Williams returning to the line up, as well as good depth at a majority of weight classes, the Chillicothe Cavs wrestling team were able to win a hard fought dual with Westfall to begin the evening defeating the Mustangs 43-30.

In the Paint Valley Dual several wrestlers bounced back from early losses in the Westfall dual to come up with wins. The main match of this dual was Chillicothe's Christian Collins against Paint Valley's Tegan McFadden.

Collins is a returning District Qualifier as a sophomore, and McFadden is coming off two season as a Junior High State Qualifer. Both wrestlers battled with neither giving up any big mistakes. The more experience Collins came up with a 6-1 win.
