The Southeast District Girls basketball Tournament Seeds have been set for the post-season.

In Division 2, Miami Trace and Jackson are awarded top seeds and byes to the sectional finals. Unioto and Fairfield Union are number 2 seeds, Logan Elm and Athens are three seeds, with Washington CH and Marietta #4 seeds, and five seeds go to Westfall and Warren.

The SE District has made a correction in the Zane Trace Division 2 Sectional bracket. The D2 brackets at Meigs and ZT were not identical, therefore, the four Division 2 girls basketball schools affected by the change and they have all agreed. The Southeast District Athletic Board has also approved the following change:

#2 Unioto will play #7 McClain on 2/16/2013 at 2:45 and #4 Washington CH will play #5 Westfall on 2/14/2013 at 6:15pm. Now the bracket at Meigs and ZT are identical and no one appears to have an advantage when it comes to scouting.

In Division 3, Adena and Fairland are top seeds, with byes to the section finals. Number 2 seeds went to Wheelersburg and Ironton, three seeds went to Oak Hill and Lynchburg Clay, Four seeds to Crooksville and North Adams, with number five seeds to Minford and Nelsonville York.

In Division 4, top seeds are Eastern Meigs and Portsmouth Notre Dame, second seeds are Waterford and Ironton St Joe, three seeds are South Gallia and Portsmouth Clay, four seeds go to Western and Eastern Pike and five seeds to South Webster and Manchester.

Division 1 in the Central District sees Chillicothe's Lady Cavs with a #3 seed and playing the winner of Olentangy Orange and Whetstone on February 20th at 7pm.
